Clinician-supervised longevity

Age on your
own terms.

Longevity medicine is not a single pill. It is a set of prescription protocols aimed at the systems that age fastest — metabolic health, cellular repair, and strength and recovery.

Every Curo protocol is prescription-only, supervised by a licensed Canadian clinician, and monitored over time rather than sold and forgotten.

What we target

Three systems that age fastest

Metabolic health

How your body handles glucose, fat and energy — the system most closely tied to how well you age.

Cellular repair

The maintenance processes that slow with age, and the protocols intended to support them.

Strength and recovery

Muscle mass and recovery capacity decline gradually from midlife, and both respond to clinical support.

The process

How Curo works

Day 1

Online assessment

Answer a few questions about your health and your goals. A licensed Canadian clinician reviews your answers and decides what is appropriate for you.

Day 2–3

Free, discreet delivery

If you are prescribed, your treatment ships in plain, unbranded packaging — free, anywhere in Canada.

Ongoing

Clinician follow-ups

Message your care team whenever you need. Check-ins, dose adjustments and refills are part of your plan, not extra charges.

Answers

Longevity questions

What does a longevity protocol actually involve?

A prescription plan targeting metabolic health, cellular repair or recovery, chosen after a clinician reviews your assessment and, where relevant, your bloodwork.

Is this the same as supplements?

No. These are prescription medications and compounded formulations that require a clinical assessment, not over-the-counter supplements.

What evidence is there?

Evidence varies considerably by protocol — some are well established for their primary indication, others are earlier in the research. Your clinician will be direct with you about which is which.

Do I need bloodwork first?

For several protocols, yes. Baseline results let your clinician choose appropriately and monitor safely over time.

How is progress monitored?

Through scheduled check-ins and, for protocols that need it, repeat bloodwork. Monitoring is included rather than billed separately.
