How fast can I get treatment?
A licensed clinician reviews your assessment. If prescribed, your medication ships free in plain packaging. Delivery timing is confirmed at checkout.
Is a prescription guaranteed?
No. Prescriptions are issued only at the discretion of a licensed clinician after reviewing your assessment.
Will my information be private?
Your information is handled confidentially. Packaging is discreet and unbranded.
When is my card charged?
When you submit your assessment, your card is authorized for your plan price. It is only charged after a licensed clinician reviews your assessment and issues a prescription. If you are not prescribed, the authorization is released and you are not charged.
What happens if I'm not eligible for a prescription?
You are not charged. If a clinician determines treatment isn't appropriate for you, the card authorization is released, and any amount collected is refunded in full.
What if it does not work for me?
Message your clinician. Follow-ups are included, and your clinician can review your plan with you.
